A Rewarding Plate of Antipasto

Antipasti
A little weekend antipasto.

This is a snack we enjoyed when my son Chris was visiting last week. He worked hard on editing a photo for me for the LiveSTRONG With A Taste Of Yellow round up. I was really  pleased with the final result and felt he deserved to be rewarded with some of his favourite foods. Visit on the 13th May to see how clever he is.

Gorgeous picture. I'm looking forward to the round up.

Looks delicious -- I want some! Glad you're back on track. Yay! ;-)

Paz

This antipasto looks so good. Well done to Chris.

SUe - I'm looking forward to it too so I can take a break :)
Paz - Thanks, the grilled eggplant was fab.
Cakelaw - thank you, it was.

Delish! You know I could also do some editing for you when Chris is too busy just make sure you have eggplants in your pantry :))

That looks really delicious. It is so much work to host a popular event like yours. You will have more than earned a rest.

I love antipasto! Now you have me craving some!

Lore - thanks, I always need an excuse for having eggplant in the house as my husband doesn't eat it so I tend to buy it only when someone visits.
Chrisb - It is keeping me busy.
Toontz - the eggplant are so easy to make. I spray the with oil, cook them in my George Forman grill add a squeeze of lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt a little more oil.

Looks great, Barbara. Glad to see you have sorted out your difficulties with your website.

I'm happy we can leave comments ! Problems with web sites are not funny at all ! I know what I mean ...
Because of your picture, I want antipasto :)

I'm sure this is the way God intended us to eat! lol
Tell me, what is the herb white cheesey looking stuff?

Bron - herb fetta made and sold at the markets by a young leukemia survivor whose parents own a farm.

Hi Barbara--
As good as this looks, and it looks just wonderful, please don't forget the spanakopita!

Rosemary - coming up soon.

there are few things i love more in life than a good plate of antipasto and a loaf of crusty bread.

Looks so good and Yumy ( miam mima) I hope there is some left ..

This is the kind of meal I love to have in the summer. Absolutely delish!
