Pear and Sultana Oat Muffins served with butter and blue cheese.
I replaced the rhubarb in the Oat Muffin recipe with two small pears, diced and 1/2 cup sultanas.

This is a collage I've used on my blog today. Just lately I've felt social media was taking up too much of my time.I decided to cut back on my Facebook page. I'm making my FB page more of a personal space and my Twitter where I can interact with everyone.

Almond Praline atop an Orange and Prune Rice cake. This took me a couple of days to get right. Because it is such a bland looking dish every photo looked bland. Finally I added a little topping of praline from another project and took the photo up close.
