Here are my macaroons for the second Hay Hay It's Donna Day hosted by Pearl of the Orient .
To bake them I scooped out 1/4 cupfuls of mixture, dropped onto an oven tray lined with parchment paper and placed them in a 180 degree oven for 15 minutes. I got to thinking they would be rather nice with the bases dipped in dark chocolate don't you think?
